The new series of billboards promoting the new Singapore kit is quite impressive, featuring members of the Singapore team against a backdrop of fiery, Voltron-esque lions.
What would be even better would be if the jerseys themselves were to show a similar of level of imagination and creativity. Instead they’re a rather bland affair, looking like Nike had some red jerseys in their warehouses that nobody wanted and decided to sew the Singaporean flag onto them.

hair… it’s not just a musical
Two months ago…
Now…
Had to take a passport sized photo (you know, not a photo that’s the size of a passport, a photo that’s of an appropriate size for using in a passport). I was out without having combed my hair, so I bought a $3.95 jar of Gatsby Power Fibre Type Styling Wax! from Guardian Pharmacy. First time using hair wax really, it takes a bit of getting used to, and I still really hate putting products in my hair (I didn’t realise for years that you didn’t have to cover every inch of your hair with gel to keep it in place, for example).

Fresh for 2007, suckers. Got my hair cut on the second day of the year I believe. I actually got it cut again today because I forgot how fast my hair grows. In any case, I’m going to let grow out again from now on. I’m planning to exploit this chance to explore the maximum amount of hairstyles this year.
