This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through the DUDES vs. GRAVITY online store operated by DUDES vs. GRAVITY d.o.o. (“DVG”, “we”, “us”).

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 working day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

1.2 Shipping Carriers

  • European Union: DPD
  • Non-EU / International: DHL

The carrier may vary depending on destination and logistical requirements.

1.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and total shipment weight. We do not offer free shipping.

1.4 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Slovenia: 1–2 working days
  • European Union: 2–5 working days
  • Outside EU: 3–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, or other external factors beyond our control.

1.5 Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused at customs or by the recipient, we do not refund the original shipping costs. Any additional fees charged by customs or the courier may be deducted from the refund.

1.6 Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed or appears lost, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. Replacement or refund will be processed after the courier investigation is completed and confirms loss.

2. Returns Policy (Consumers)

2.1 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods.

2.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be undamaged and complete.

Products showing signs of use (including installation marks, mounting damage, chalk residue, scratches, or wear) are not eligible for return.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

2.5 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are refundable only where required by applicable consumer protection law.

2.6 Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within a reasonable time at info@dudesvsgravity.com.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

If a defect is confirmed, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with statutory warranty rights. Return shipping costs for confirmed defective items are covered by DVG.

4. Business Customers (B2B)

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Returns from business customers may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products (e.g., Lightroom presets) once download has begun
  • Used or installed products
  • Products returned damaged due to improper packaging
